For die Barbara, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. For this reason, we place great importance on designing your start to the day entirely according to your wishes.

In our 4* Bed & Breakfast Hotel, the breakfast buffet is somewhat more extensive than you are probably used to. Many delicious dishes
are waiting daily from 7 – 10:30 AM just for you to be enjoyed.

As a guest in our 4* apartments, you have opted for a vacation with a bit more privacy. Breakfast in pajamas at your own kitchen table, and on top of that with fresh rolls? Thanks to our roll service, no problem! If desired, we will deliver fresh rolls directly to your apartment every day.

Regional quality products, a large selection of sausages, ham, cheese, homemade spreads, fresh fruits & vegetables, various muesli and yogurt varieties, honey, a variety of delicious jams, fragrant bread, crispy pastries, coffee and tea specialties await daily from 7 - 10:30 AM for you – but no, that’s not all: especially for mountain sports enthusiasts like you, we also offer hearty dishes such as freshly prepared egg dishes, the tastiest bircher muesli ever, a hearty sausage salad, and in winter even a warming beef soup and delicious pancakes. Of course, you will also find gluten-free and vegan products at our breakfast buffet.

Whether in the cozy breakfast room, or in the light-flooded winter garden with a view of the splashing fountain in the adjoining garden -
with free seating choice you can simply choose your favorite spot for breakfast.

You do not stay in our B&B Hotel die Barbara but feel like having a stress-free breakfast? No matter if you are an apartment guest or a local - even as a non-hotel guest, you can enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet with everything included. From savory omelets to fresh fruit salad, all delicacies are available to you for the price of € 25.
For children between 5 and 10 years, our breakfast costs only € 12.50. Please register in advance,
so we can reserve a nice spot for you.

Our tip: Be sure to try the delicious specialties of the traditional ski and mountain huts on the Dachstein – after your active vacation day, you deserve something good.
