Arrival by car
Schladming is located directly on the Ennstal federal road B320, just under 100 km from Salzburg and 170 km from Graz. Since we are located directly at the valley station of the Planai (and not on the mountain), you usually won't need snow chains to reach us in winter.
The parking spaces in Schladming are limited, therefore our parking spaces are subject to fees and reservation.Please reserve your parking space preferably at the same time as your booking.

So you don't have to worry about the limited parking options when arriving at B&B Hotel die Barbara in the center of Schladming, our parking spaces are reservation and fee-based. When booking, you can choose between the following parking categories:
- Garage parking space € 14,- per night
- Outdoor parking space € 12,- per night
Arrival by Train
All trains stop at the Schladming train station. The station is about 1.5 km from our hotel, which is roughly a 15-minute walk. If you don’t feel like walking and have more luggage with you, taxis are always available at the station square.
Arrival by Airplane
The nearest airport is Salzburg Airport (approximately 100 km away), as well as Graz Airport (approximately 170 km away) or Linz Airport (approximately 170 km away). After that, you can continue by train to Schladming, or arrange a taxi. We are happy to assist you with this; just let us know during your booking. If you prefer to book your transfer independently, we recommend the taxi friends from B&B Hotel die Barbara.
