Big plans? You bet. Our B&B Hotel is getting a makeover! From November 2026, you can look forward to completely redesigned rooms – modern, cosy, and with that unmistakable Barbara feel.
To make it all happen, our B&B Hotel will be closed from 21 September to 19 November 2026. We look forward to welcoming you back to our brand-new rooms from 20 November 2026.
Our apartment house will remain open throughout the renovation period – and our breakfast service will continue to be available as usual.

Book your parking space
So that you don't have to worry about the limited parking options when arriving at B&B Hotel die Barbara in the center of Schladming, our parking spaces are available for reservation and are subject to a fee. When booking, you can choose between the following parking categories:
- Garage parking € 14,- per night
- Outdoor parking € 12,- per night
