Trail fun for everyone: Bikepark Schladming and Reiteralm Trails
From the ski paradise to the bike eldorado – once the snow has melted, both Planai and Reiteralm reveal themselves as a huge playground for bike fans. Directly across from the B&B Hotel die Barbara, you will find numerous trails of varying difficulty levels in the Bikepark Schladming. The new Planai 10-seater gondola with bike transport conveniently takes you to the summit, and on around 40 newly built trail kilometers, you can then enjoy pure trail fun. The adventure continues on the 17 kilometers of single trails of Reiteralm – the Preunegg-Jet comfortably brings you and your bike to the start.
An experience for kids and the young at heart - the Bike area at the Planai as well as the Junior Trails of the Reiteralm - both with conveyor belt and their own bike rental for balance bikes, junior bikes and bobby cars. While you enjoy your coffee on the sun terrace of the Märchenwiesenhütte or Reiteralm Hütte, your offspring can let off steam on the children’s bike tracks in sight. Special children’s bike courses, also available with midday care, prepare the bike professionals of tomorrow well for the trails in the Bikepark Schladming and on the Reiteralm.
The Preunegg-Jet takes you to the start of the 17 kilometers Reiteralm Trails, where you can expect four blue (easy), four red (medium), and three black trails. Two hiking paths are additionally offered as Shared Trails. For kids and beginners, the Junior Trails with a conveyor belt directly below the mountain station provide pure biking fun. With the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard you get a discount on single, half-day, or day tickets for the gondola with bike transportation.
